I was invited onto the team as one of the first team members. As a creative director, my goal is to set the right vision for the new social media platform, and to guide the design team in creative direction. I delivered a list of requirements for user experience, key screens and components, and style guide and brand guideline to steer the platform's experience aesthetics. I also attended design reviews with a team of designers and engineers to provide guidance and feedback in the early stages of development.
