Art

wun ting chan is a practicing artist and a computer science researcher with a focus on artificial intelligence. With a firm belief in the need to connect artistic research to other disciplines, chan creates work that experiments with emerging technologies. In her practice, she wants to redefine freedom, feminism, and the sense of self through our inescapable dual existence between the real and the virtual. Her work embodies the subtle unfamiliarity in the modern life that alienates us. Through her art, she invites spectators to engage in a dialogue about the changing nature of our world, and how it impacts our identity and society.
